The FileShare Service is provided to all our clients which are concern about secure transmission of their vital company financial data to and from Levy Pilotte LLP.

 

The transmitted data size which you need to send often exceeds your company e-mail capacity on top of the fact that SMTP transmission does not guarantee security. Use of public sites such yousendit.com does not guarantee a security as well unless using optional prepaid membership. Sending on various media such CDs or DVDs involves time and cost associated with a currier and with older backup Medias such zip drives etc the risk associated with a fact we might not be able to read it.

 

FileShare Service enables to upload your files directly from you computer in the time varying from a few minutes up to few hours. Service status also indicates if the file was not transmitted successfully.

 

 

STEP 1:   REGISTRATION

 

As a new user you are required to register your company with our service. To successfully register your company please go to a FileShare Registration Site and provide a valid e-mail address which will serve as a login credential and choose password.

STEP 2:   ACTIVATION

 

When we receive your FileShare Service demand by e-mail, our IT staff will activate your account and in next 24 hours your access to the site will be granted. These steps are performed only once for each client.

 

STEP 3:  COMPANY DATA PREPARATION

 

Before transmission, your company data needs to be located, copied into a different folder than the original one (to avoid any damage to the original file), then it will be compressed to minimize its size (to save on transmission time)

STEP 4: TRANSMITTAL

 

Please log into FileShare Service Site using registered credential (your e-mail and password used during registration process in STEP 1).  Browse to locate the newly created compressed company file (in STEP 3), and upload to Levy Pilotte LLP.
